Community Association Manager's duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain physical operations (grounds inspections, overseeing repairs, etc.)
- Maintain financial status (budgets, billing, collections, etc.)
- Prepare community operations reports
- Consult with Board for formulation of policy decisions
- Keep open line of communication with residents
- Organize and manage Board meetings and documents
- Enforce community policies
